Give me a life on the Rocky Road I’ll take my lumps and bumps along the way

And if I stumble and fall lift me up and when I stand help me stand tall

You can’t win the war unless you fight the battle they say

Life on the rocky road gives me the chance to be me

Where I can make a stand question the man figure out who I am

If you go through life untested chances are you’ll never know who you are

And maybe give up a chance to win a star Yes

I want to stand on a mountain within me

And touch the face of god

And feel his blood flow through me

Is it too much to ask to want

More than what is possible

Is it too much for the glass to be full?
